about the local honey

This beautiful raw honey is liquid gold.

Bee keeper Laura from That Local Honey, mindfully harvests raw honey from her bees. She is  always careful to take only what excess honey is in the hive, leaving plenty for our bees to thrive.

Rich and 100% raw unprocessed honey. Made with the help of our happy bees in Wollongong behind the Science Centre, NSW.

Her honey is cold extracted, unfiltered and unblended to preserve the flavour and labour of each special bee colony. Packed full of natural enzymes, and antioxidants.
